Orange Almond Salad

Ingredients:

• 1-head Romaine lettuce
• 1-large can mandarin oranges, drained but reserve 1/2 of the juice
• 1-4 ounce package toasted almond slivers
• 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms of choice

Directions:

• Dressing (combine separately)
• 1/2 can of remaining mandarin orange juice
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup oil
• Dash of garlic salt
• Package of Italian seasoning
• Toss dressing into salad and enjoy!

Real Estate Terms

Mortgage Insurance Premium (MIP) - The mortgage insurance required on FHA loans for the life of said loans; MIP can either be paid in cash at closing or financed in its entirety in the loan. The premium varies depending on the method of payment.

Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) - Insurance written by a private company protecting the lender against loss if the borrower defaults on the mortgage.

PITI - Principal, Interest, Taxes and Insurance.
